Punjab Board 10th Class Date Sheet 2025: Complete Bilingual Guide in Urdu and English
The Punjab Boards Committee of Chairmen announced the 2025 matric calendar on 5 February, and in every 10th class household that one page now runs the schedule until July. Theory papers run 4 to 18 March across all nine boards, practicals begin 25 March, and the result lands 24 July at 10:00 AM. Here is the calendar, the paper order in Urdu and English, and a revision plan built around the gaps the boards left you.
The 2025 cycle at a glance
- Theory papers: 4 to 18 March, every board from Lahore to Sahiwal, one paper a day.
- Morning session starts 8:30 AM sharp; a few subjects sit the evening session at 1:30 PM.
- Science practicals: 25 March to 12 April. Computer science practicals: 5 to 15 April.
- Result: 24 July at 10:00 AM, announced by all nine boards simultaneously.
- Supplementary exams: 8 to 29 August, with the result following in November.

Chemistry opens on day one, so February belongs to numericals and organic reactions. Physics and Biology or Computer Science arrive with single-day gaps, which means all three must be exam-ready before 4 March — you cannot finish one and then begin the next. The weekend before English is the one proper reset window; spend it on essays and comprehension past papers rather than your phone. Urdu and Islamiat reward steady memorisation spread across the whole cycle instead of one desperate night. Pakistan Studies closes the series on 18 March, usually with the batch too drained to care — pace yourself so that is not you.
Revision windows that work
Sit a full past paper at 8:30 AM every Saturday in February, because your brain must perform at exam hour, not at midnight. Keep each post-mortem to one page: whichever chapter cost marks gets revised first. Start practicals work in mid-February — slide diagrams, titration readings and viva questions repeat heavily from earlier years, which makes them the cheapest marks in the whole cycle. Once the theory papers start, gap days are for consolidation only: past papers of the next subject, real sleep, and no new chapters after sunset.
After 18 March the science students still have practicals, so the file stays open till mid-April. Then close it and rest properly before result season.
Result day and rechecking
Passing is 33 percent per subject. If a score looks wrong, a rechecking application goes in within 15 days, at roughly Rs 600 to 1,000 per paper depending on the board. On result morning the websites crawl under the load, so your board's SMS code is the calmer route. And when the result arrives, whatever it says, spare a thought for the tenth-graders of Gaza who sat this year's exams amid rubble and grief and still walked in with their pens.
