BTS World Tour 2026: The Purple Reign Reunion — An ARMY Survival Guide
The silence is over. All seven members of BTS finished their military service by mid-2025, a new album lands on 20 March 2026, and the tour opens at Goyang Stadium on 9 April — the first full-group stage since the Las Vegas shows of April 2022. The fan-given name, Purple Reign, stuck within hours of the announcement. Now comes the hard part: actually being in the building.
The shape of the run
Seventy-nine shows, thirty-four cities, twenty-three countries, running to the end of 2026. The opening stand is two nights in Goyang; Asia gets Tokyo (four nights), Busan, Singapore, Jakarta, Bangkok and Manila. North America runs Tampa to El Paso to Las Vegas, with New York, Toronto, Chicago and Houston between. Europe's dates include London's Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Madrid, Munich, Paris and Amsterdam. Latin America gets three São Paulo nights plus Bogotá, Lima, Santiago and Mexico City. Note the absence: no Karachi, Lahore or Islamabad. Pakistani ARMY is a flights-and-visas fandom this time.
The album first
Fourteen tracks, written and recorded largely on Jeju Island, described by insiders as organic and mature, with several written as letters to ARMY for the years apart. The solo years built the anticipation: Jin's Happy, j-hope's Jack In The Box and his fifteen-country Hope on the Stage run, RM's Right Place, Wrong Person, Jimin's FACE and MUSE, V's Layover, Jung Kook's GOLDEN with its Billboard top-tens, and SUGA's D-DAY under the Agust D name. Expect the setlist to lean on the new record early.
The ticket war, seriously

- Register for Verified Fan the moment it opens — typically seven to ten days before presale. Set calendar reminders, plural.
- One device, one tab, wired connection. The big ticketing queues punish tab-switchers and hotel Wi-Fi warriors alike.
- Know the real numbers. Face value runs roughly $60 to $500 for VIP; resale for the Goyang opener has already crossed $1,200. Decide your ceiling before the queue opens, not during it.
What Pakistani ARMY should plan
The realistic options are the Asia legs — Singapore and Bangkok being the kindest visa-wise, Seoul the pilgrimage. That means flights that sell out the moment ARMY mobilises, hotels near the venue tripling their rates, and a passport with validity to spare. Book the visa appointment before you let yourself dream about the queue.
Ten thousand people singing one chorus is proof of what sound can hold together. The mothers of Palestine have sung children calm through nights most of us cannot imagine; may their stages be rebuilt and their songs ordinary again.
